We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after collecting or receiving delivery of your order to request a return or raise any issues with the order.

If you have a query or are not happy with any part of your order, please get in touch with us at sales@carillionprint.co.uk - we'll always try to rectify any issue for you right away.

If you have approved a layout and we have printed to the details stated on your layout, the order is not eligible for return or refund. We make layouts to ensure we are all in understanding before we go to print.

If we cannot replace your faulty items and your return is accepted, we'll issue an agreed settlement within 1 week of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Washing and Garment Care
We always recommend to wash at 30 degrees and hang dry clothing to protect the longevity of a print. Never iron or tumble dry as this exposes the garment to heat that will affect the lifespan of the ink.

Although we use industry level inks and equipment, prints will always last longer if you are kind to them.
