Digital Printing
Our DTG printer is essentially a massive printer but one that prints onto t-shirts instead of paper.
If your design has a lot of different colours and fine detail or if you only want to get a few items printed then DTG printing is the best option.
The DTG printer uses eco-friendly water-based inks which are OEKO-TEX certified as well as being GOTS approved and CPSIA compliant which means no nasties.
For best results garments have to contain at least 80% cotton.
Your order
There is no minimum order quantity for DTG. Although it is still cheaper per unit the more you get printed if you are looking at printing in the 500+ bracket the price does level off as inks are more expensive.
Our price brackets are worked out at 1-12 garments then 12+ 25+, 50+, 100+, 250+, 500+ and 1000+
We have a wide range of suppliers and we are happy to help you find the correct clothing for your project be that eco-friendly, fair wear, vegan, recycled or organic and low carbon options. For the DTG machine 100% cotton gives the best results.
For a quote please email us with your high resolution design attached, an idea of the type of garment you would like to use and how many units you would like printed.
For digital printing your artwork should be in a CMYK colour mode.
